Can I post clips/excerpts from videos I have already posted in other platforms?

You can select Video Management for excerpts, however it would be better if you used the Rumble Player license in order to have videos uploaded non-exclusively and avoid any takedown requests by other platforms, specially if you've signed an exclusive agreement prior to uploading to Rumble.
