Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
To submit a copyright infringement notification, you must send a written notice to our designated agent via email at dmca@rumble.com. We only accept DMCA requests submitted electronically. Your notice must include the following information (see Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act or consult legal counsel for full details):
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including specific URLs or other information sufficient for us to locate the content (URLs in the body of your email are strongly preferred).
Contact information for the complaining party, such as name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Important Notices:
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
Information included in your notice may be shared with the user who uploaded the content.
