Why can’t I login?

Try this if you're having trouble logging into your Rumble account.

If you’re having trouble logging in, the first thing you should try is restarting your device.

If that doesn’t solve the issue, make sure you’re using your most up-to-date password that you created for your Rumble account. Oftentimes if you’re using a password manager, you could have multiple login combinations saved, so it’s important to check and make sure.

If your most recent password isn’t working, you should next try resetting your password. How to reset your password

To reset your password, you’ll want to click Sign In and then Forgot Password? Then put in your email address and a password reset link will be emailed to you.

After clicking the link in the email, you’ll be asked to create a new password for your Rumble account.

If you’re being asked for your current password to reset your password, that means you’re currently logged into your account in the web browser where you’re resetting the password. You’ll want to log out, and then try the password reset again.

If you’re still not able to login after that, make sure your Rumble app, or web browser are up-to-date. If you’re using a web browser, you can also try clearing your browser cache and cookies and then login.
