When will closed captions be available?
Automatic Closed captions will be initially rolled out for Video on Demand (VOD) on web only. We plan to transcribe the entire existing video library over the next few months.
How quickly will captions be added to new videos?
New videos will have closed captions generated within 10 minutes of uploading.
When will captions be available on other platforms/apps?
Mobile and TV app CC features are slated for development early 2025
Will captions be available for livestreams?
Initially, closed captioning will only be available for Video on Demand (VOD). Real-time captioning for live streams will be part of a second phase of development.
