Troubleshooting: New Card Not Working for Payments After Update

Step-by-step guide to help if your new card isn't working for payments after you've updated it on Rumble.

Last updated on 11 Feb, 2026

If you’ve updated your card but payments still aren't working, follow these steps to get back on track.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

1
Double-check your card details
Make sure your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address (including zip code) are entered exactly as they appear with your bank.
2
Try your payment again
Go to your subscriptions or the payment page and attempt the purchase or renewal once more.
3
Try a different card
If your updated card still doesn't work, try using another valid card if you have one available.
4
Remove and re-add your card
Remove the current card from your account and add it again, double-checking every detail.
5
Check with your bank
Sometimes banks block new transactions for security reasons. Contact your bank to make sure they are not declining the payment.
6
Cancel and re-sign up (if for subscriptions)
If you’re trying to renew a recurring subscription, cancel it first, then re-subscribe using your new card.
7
Try on the Rumble app
If you’re having trouble on the website, try making the purchase in the Rumble mobile app.

If none of these steps work, contact Rumble support with as much detail as possible, including any error messages you see.
