Rumble Premium Subscription Not Showing After Purchase (iOS App)

Diagnose and resolve issues when your Rumble Premium subscription does not appear after purchase in the iOS app.

Last updated on 11 Feb, 2026

If you’ve purchased a Rumble Premium subscription in the iOS app but your Premium status isn’t showing, don’t worry. This guide will help you identify and resolve the issue so you can enjoy your Premium benefits.

Common Symptoms

  • You purchased Rumble Premium in the iOS app, but still see ads or free-tier features.

  • Your account page does not show an active Premium subscription.

  • You do not have access to Premium-only features after purchase.

Possible Causes

Subscription data from the App Store can sometimes take a few minutes to sync with the Rumble app. In some cases, the purchase may not link if you are signed in with a different Apple ID, or if there was a temporary connection issue during purchase.

Occasionally, the app does not automatically refresh your subscription status after payment. Restoring your subscription usually fixes this.

How to Fix the Issue

1
Open the Rumble app
Launch the Rumble app on your iOS device and log in to your account.
2
Go to your Account
Tap the profile icon at the bottom right to open Account settings.
3
Select Get Rumble Premium Plan
Find and tap the 'Get Rumble Premium Plan' option.
4
Tap Restore Subscription
Under the monthly subscription option, tap 'Restore subscription.' This will prompt the app to check your Apple account for active purchases and unlock your Premium status without an extra charge.
5
Wait and verify
It may take a moment for your Premium status to update. If successful, you’ll see Premium features unlocked and your account will reflect the subscription.
6
Still not working?
If your subscription still does not show, double-check you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If the problem persists, contact Rumble Support with your purchase receipt for further help.

Restoring your subscription never charges you again for the same period. If you need assistance, have your Apple purchase receipt handy when reaching out to support.

How to Verify

After restoring, your account page in the app should show your Premium status, and ads should be removed. You will also have access to all Premium-only features.
