Still Seeing Ads with Rumble Premium?

How to troubleshoot if you're still seeing ads after purchasing Rumble Premium.

Last updated on 06 Feb, 2026

If you’re still seeing ads after subscribing to Rumble Premium, don’t panic—there are a few reasons this might happen, and most are easy to fix. This guide covers what to check and how to get your ad-free experience working.

Before you start, keep in mind that a channel subscription only removes ads on that one channel, while a Rumble Premium subscription removes ads across Rumble and unlocks eligible Premium content from all creators

Common Symptoms

  • Video pre-roll or banner ads still appear even after subscribing to Premium.

  • Ad-free experience works on some devices, but not others.

  • You see sponsored segments or promotional messages inside videos.

Causes

1. Not signed in: Rumble Premium only works when you’re signed into the Rumble account that purchased the subscription on each device and app you use.

2. Channel-sponsored segments: Some creators include their own sponsored messages or branded content in their videos. These are not removed by Premium.

3. Account mismatch: If you have multiple Rumble accounts or share devices, you may be logged into a different account without Premium.

4. Technical delays or glitches: Sometimes Premium status may take a few minutes to activate after purchase, or the app might need to be restarted.

Solutions

1
Check your account status
Make sure you're signed into the Rumble account that has the active Premium subscription on every device and app you use.
2
Log out and log back in
Sign out of your Rumble account on the affected device, then log back in. This can refresh your Premium status.
3
Restart the app or device
Close and reopen the Rumble app, or restart your device to ensure the latest account settings are loaded.
4
Check for channel-sponsored content
Some creators include sponsor messages or in-video promotions. Rumble Premium does not remove these.
5
Contact support if ads persist
If you’re still seeing platform ads (pre-rolls, banners) after trying these steps, reach out to Rumble Support with details about your device and account.

Rumble Premium removes platform ads, but not creator-inserted sponsorships. Always check you’re signed in to the right account on every device.

Verification

After following the steps, you should be able to watch videos on Rumble without pre-roll or banner ads (except for any sponsor spots included by creators).

Channel subscription vs. Rumble Premium

On Rumble, there are two types of paid support, and they behave differently with respect to ads and Premium content.

  • If you subscribe to a channel, you:

    • Stop seeing ads on that channel only, and

    • Can view that channel’s Premium content (for Creator Program creators).

  • If you subscribe to Rumble Premium, you:

    • Stop seeing ads across all of Rumble, and

    • Can watch all Premium content on Rumble that’s included with Premium.

Channel subscription

Rumble Premium subscription

Applies to one creator’s channel only.

Applies to your entire Rumble experience, not just one channel

Channel subscribers don’t see ads on that channel’s videos and lives.

Rumble Premium removes ads across Rumble (web, mobile apps, and supported TV apps).

Channel subscribers can watch that channel’s Premium content, but only where this is supported: this is currently true for Premium content from Creator Program creators.

You can watch all Premium content from eligible creators on Rumble, not just one channel.

Other “Premium creators” do not have a Subscribe button on Rumble, and existing channel subs for those creators do not automatically get anything special for their Premium content. (Nothing extra was built for those legacy subs.)
