Requirements to Apply
Each round starts on the first of the month. Creators must apply by 12 pm ET on the 30th of the calendar month to undergo review for acceptance into the upcoming round. If a creator is already active in the program, they will be automatically enrolled into the next round as long as they fulfill the program requirements (below).
To be eligible, a creator must meet the following criteria:
Creator must have at least 100 total followers (this includes user and channel followers) at the time of enrollment and at the time of program kick-off.
Creator must have streamed at least 1 hour via the Rumble Studio in the last 30 consecutive days prior to their enrollment date via the Rumble Studio.
Creator must have an active Rumble Premium account at the time of enrollment, and it must remain active through the program period. Sign up for Rumble Premium.
In addition, content must be original and show the creator or an avatar persona. Creators can track their eligibility in the dashboard HERE.
Ongoing Enrollment
If a creator is already active in the program, they will be automatically enrolled in the next round as long as they fulfill the program requirements (above). Applicants who are accepted will be enrolled in the program starting the following calendar month. Once a Creator has been accepted, as long as they meet the program requirements, they will be auto-enrolled to continue in the program.
Program Monetization Opportunities
Starting on the first of each month, creators will have the opportunity to get paid based on 3 factors:
Minutes Watched - Creators will get paid a portion of the allocated funds based on the watch time of their original content in proportion to other creators enrolled in the program.
New Rumble Signups - Creators will get compensated for new users brought to the Rumble platform. User registrations will be attributed to the creator if the signup happens by clicking the "Sign Up" button on a creator's video or channel.
New Subscribers - Rumble can track the source of all Rumble Premium Signups. If the source is a Creator’s channel page, user page, or any content, that signup will be attributed to the Creator.
Program Requirements
The above program monetization opportunities will only begin to get tracked for compensation starting on the first of the month. Any minutes watched or signups prior to this will not count towards the program payout. To be eligible for payment, the creator must meet the following criteria within the calendar month when they are Active:
Stream at least 30 total hours of content via Rumble Studio
Stream at least 5 hours of content to Rumble Premium via Rumble Studio
Accumulate at least 200 hours of total watch time
Total at least 20 chatters (users who sent at least one chat) across all Rumble Live Streams for the month
Complete at least one raid in five separate livestreams of your own.
Content Requirments
Content must be original and show the creator or an avatar persona.
Streaming copyrighted content may result in removal from the creator program.
The 5 hours of Rumble Premium content can count towards the 30 total hours.

Watch time (hours viewed) is the total time viewers spend watching your videos.
Hours viewed will include all content and can be seen in the creator dashboard.
Chatters will be calculated by adding all the users who participated in any Rumble live streams by sending at least one chat message. A user will be counted once towards the total.

There is no viewer count minimum for the new Raid requirement.
To meet the requirement, you must raid in five unique livestreams. This means each raid must come from a different stream. If you raid multiple times during the same stream, it still counts as one.
You can raid any creator you want, and it can be the same creator each time, as long as the raids come from five separate streams on your channel.
Payments
Payments will be calculated by the end of the month following the active period. To receive payment, US-based creators must have their W-9 completed on the dashboard.
Terms and Conditions
Additional program terms and conditions will apply and are available for review at the time of enrollment. At this time, the program is only open to creators located in the following countries or regions: Australia, Canada, El Salvador, Macedonia, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
